This Privacy Policy explains how Archetype Individual LLC handles information through the EPIRIPTO mobile application and epiripto.com.

EPIRIPTO is operated by Archetype Individual LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company operating from York, South Carolina, United States. Contact us at support@epiripto.com.

Information we handle

Account information. The App may create a pseudonymous account identifier and, if you choose to link an account, receive your email address and sign-in information from Apple, Google, or Supabase authentication. Your password is handled by the authentication provider and is not visible to us.

Prayer and formation information. Information you choose to enter can include burdens, prayer requests, generated prayers, reflections, intentions, people you carry, Vault entries, Anchor shares, spiritual preferences, tradition preferences, rhythms, reminders, and completion history. These categories may reveal religious beliefs and other sensitive personal information. You control what you enter.

Voice entry. If you use speech recognition, your device or operating-system speech provider may process audio to return text. EPIRIPTO receives the resulting text and does not intentionally store the audio recording.

Purchases. Apple or Google processes payment. We and RevenueCat receive product, transaction, subscription-status, and pseudonymous entitlement information, but not your full payment-card number.

Support and reports. We receive the information you send when you contact support or report content, together with technical details needed to investigate the request.

Website information. Launch-update signup stores your email, consent record, language, source, subscription status, and unsubscribe identifier. Hosting providers process ordinary request and security data. Optional Google Analytics, described below, applies to the website only.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize prayer and formation features; authenticate accounts; save, synchronize, export, and delete information at your direction; manage purchases; provide support; prevent abuse; meet legal obligations; and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information, use prayer content for advertising, or permit third-party behavioral advertising in the App.

AI-assisted prayer

When you request an AI-assisted prayer or reflection, submitted text and relevant preferences are transmitted over encrypted connections to Anthropic for safety classification and generation and to Voyage AI to create an embedding used to retrieve relevant reviewed material. Supabase hosts authentication, protected application services, retrieval data, and account-scoped cloud features. AI output can be inaccurate and is not Scripture, professional advice, or a substitute for your church, pastor, or other trusted care.

Prayer input is minimized: EPIRIPTO does not intentionally write submitted burden text or intermediate editing turns to its application database merely to generate a response. If you choose to save resulting material, it remains in local or account-scoped storage until you delete it or delete your account. Provider-side processing and limited retention follow the provider settings, contracts, security requirements, and legal obligations in effect when processing occurs.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose only the information needed for a service to Supabase (authentication, database, protected functions, and hosting), Anthropic (AI safety and generation), Voyage AI (retrieval embeddings), RevenueCat (subscription entitlements), Apple and Google (distribution, sign-in, payment, notifications, and device services), and our website hosting, email, security, and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect a person from serious harm, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics measures website visits and successful launch-list signups. It is off by default in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom until you allow it, and it fails closed when location is unknown. When allowed, Google can process pages visited, referring domain, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, page language, and whether signup succeeded. We do not send newsletter email addresses or prayer-example selections as analytics events. Advertising storage, personalization, and Google signals are disabled. Use Privacy choices in the website footer to change your choice. The initial mobile App does not include an advertising, attribution, or general-purpose analytics SDK.

Retention and deletion

We retain active account and subscription records while needed to provide the service and meet legal, security, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Saved prayers and formation records remain until you delete them, revoke a share where available, or delete your account. Website subscription records remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion; a minimal suppression record may be retained to honor an opt-out.

Delete your account in the App through Settings → Account → Delete account, or use the public deletion instructions. Deleting the account removes the authentication account and associated account-scoped application rows and clears EPIRIPTO private local formation data from that device. It does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. We aim to acknowledge emailed requests within two business days and complete verified requests within 30 calendar days. Limited records can remain where required by law, store obligations, fraud prevention, security logs, provider backup cycles, or a legal claim. We will explain any applicable exception when responding.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted transport, account-scoped authorization, and data-minimization measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their applicable safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You can edit or delete saved records, export Vault information where the App provides that option, control reminders and sharing, unlink or delete your account, unsubscribe from email, and change website analytics consent. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or withdraw consent. Email support@epiripto.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

Age eligibility

EPIRIPTO is for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

Crisis and safety boundaries

Automated systems may route certain language to crisis resources. EPIRIPTO is not a monitored emergency service, and no person is guaranteed to review a prayer entry. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@epiripto.com.
