Delete your EPIRIPTO account.
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data here, even if you have uninstalled the app. No website sign-in is required.
Request deletion by email
Email support@epiripto.com with the subject “Delete my EPIRIPTO account.” Use the email linked to your account, including your Apple private-relay address if applicable. State that you want your account and associated server-side data permanently deleted.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting anything. If you cannot access the account email, contact support so we can discuss verification options.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, prayer text, Anchor invite codes, or full purchase receipts.
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge your email within two business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 calendar days, subject to applicable legal requirements. We will confirm completion or explain any required retention or additional time.
Deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep before completing the deletion process.
Account data and your devices
The request covers your EPIRIPTO sign-in account and associated account-scoped data we control, including cloud-saved Vault content, People I Carry records, and Anchor links and shared records where linked to your account.
An emailed request cannot remotely erase data saved only on your device or copies you exported or shared elsewhere. After we confirm deletion, remove EPIRIPTO app data from each device you use if you no longer want to keep those local copies.
Limited records may need to remain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment obligations. Service-provider backups may follow separate deletion cycles. We will explain any applicable exception and timeframe when responding; our 30-day target is not a guarantee that every third-party backup is erased within that period.
Delete from the app
In EPIRIPTO, open Your Scroll and the account settings, choose Delete account, and confirm Delete permanently. After successful deletion, the app clears its private local formation data and scheduled reminders on that device.
Subscriptions and website emails
Deleting your EPIRIPTO account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through the store account used to purchase it.
The website launch-update list is separate from your app account. If you also want your newsletter record deleted, include that request in your email.
